Aplomb 11

• Composite:
  • Layer of PE foam (anti-vibration) laminated with embossed black film, 3 mm thick
  • 0,35 mm, 4kg/m² weight lead layer 
  • Layer of open-cell (sound absorbing) PU foam, 12 mm thick  

• Uses:
  • Noise insulation for waste water piping in polyethylene or PVC.
  • Sound insulation for walls

Aplomb 22

•  Composite:
  • 0,35 mm, 4kg/m² weight lead layer, laminated on both sides with:
  • 3 mm thick  layer of anti-vibration PE foam coated with black embossed film 

• Uses:
  • Impact and airborne noise insulation in horizontal divisions.
  • Airborne noise insulation in vertical divisions in civil works. 
  • Aplomb 22 should be used to prevent the noise entering or leaving a particular environment (especially low frequency noise).

Aplomb AL/CL1

• Composite:
  • Layer of PE foam (anti-vibration) laminated with embossed metallic film, Class1, 3mm thick
  • 0,35 mm, 4kg/m² weight lead layer
  • Layer of PE foam (anti-vibration), 6mm thick Class 1 (I) bonded with black embossed film 

• Uses:
  • Sound proof cladding for pipes, walls and cabins (when Class 1 product is required)

Aplomb 1

• Composite:
  • 0,35 mm, 4 kg/m² weight lead layer laminated with layer of open-cell PU foam on both sides

• Uses:
  • Used for sound-proof walls where the dampening capacity of the lead is backed up by the high absorption capacity of polyurethane.

Aplomb 1/B

• Composite:
  • Layer of PU foam, 10 mm thick
  • 0,35 mm, 4 kg/m² weight lead lamina
  • Layer of 20+20 mm Egg-box shaped PU foam

• Uses:
  • Suitable for visible sound insulation
